Data for processing your order

If you order something, we need certain information from you to be able to deliver your order and to keep you informed about your order. These data are also required for any returns. For this we collect your name, e-mail address, delivery address (es), payment details and your telephone number. The data is required to execute the agreement that you conclude with us. Under the law, we must keep the data related to your order for 7 years.

Data in your account

The following information is stored in your personal account: your name, (delivery address, place of residence) address (es), telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth (if you have specified it) and payment details. In your account we also store your order history including selected delivery options. If you have not logged in with us for 7 years, all your data will be deleted. In addition, it is always possible to request that your data be removed from our customer database.

Information about your contact with our customer service

We can be reached by telephone between 9 am and 5 pm on working days. You can call us, e-mail and send a message via social media, such as Facebook and Instagram. Via e-mail and social media we can also be reached between 9 am and 5 pm. A telephone conversation can be recorded for training and analysis purposes in order to improve our service. We keep the telephone conversation for 1 month. Private messages via Instagram or Facebook are kept by us for a maximum of 6 months and shorter if you delete the message yourself.

Special data processed

Our website does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us and we will delete this information.

Facebook advertising

Klaviyo

Google Analytics

We have signed a processor agreement with Google. The data we collect in Google Analytics is anonymized and encrypted. The so-called 'sharing of data' with Google is off. We do not use the Analytics cookies in combination with other Google services.

Google Remarketing

We use Adwords Remarketing to offer advertisements on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors of our website. These ads are visible on one of the connected Google Display Network websites. The collected data on the website complies with our privacy statement and Google's privacy statement.
