Just like any other pancake mix. Add some water and bake your pancakes! Use a mixer or whisk and mix 50 grams with 130 ml of water until all lumps are gone. Heat some butter or oil in frying pan over low to medium fire. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan. Bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides (about 8 minutes).
Each pancake contains 18,5 g of protein.
You can eat the pancakes as a day starter or lunch or even as your dinner. Whatever you like!
The Goatfully Pancake Mix is packed with natural proteins for overnight muscle support and repair. The proteins are made from A2 goat milk. The mix is free from artificial additives and no sugar was added. And on top of that: very tast and easy to prepare. Just add water!
The pancake mix is based on our Gentle Protein Powder. It is blended with plain wheat flower, oat flour, egg white, and baking powder. And that's it! There is no weird stuff in your pancakes.
